Mark Heinzer | Head Instructor/Owner
"Training since 2008 and teaching since 2010, Coach Mark Heinzer combines over 15 years of dedicated experience with a passion for mentorship. He holds a 2nd Degree Black Belt and began his journey at the world-famous American Kickboxing Academy (AKA), where he trained alongside many elite fighters and grapplers. He is dedicated to building a welcoming, family-friendly academy where students of all levels can thrive."
Programs
CK Minis(Ages: 4 to 7)
Designed for the youngest students, the curriculum was designed to incorporate fun and interactive warm-ups, basic drills, and games while introducing the concepts of jiu-jitsu.
Build muscle coordination and balance

CK Youths(Ages: 8 to 12)
These classes are broken into groups based upon age, size, and skill level. Students will learn the fundamentals and build upon their technical knowledge of jiu-jitsu while incorporating warm ups, coordination exercises, and specific position drills.

Improve muscle coordination, strength, and agility
Instill respect and discipline
CK Toddlers(Ages: 2 to 3)
Designed for toddlers to acclimate to the mats while making it fun. Parents are required to sign a waiver and participate with their toddler.

Increase their fitness level including speed and agility
CK Fundamentals
Designed for late teens and adults of all ages and levels, this class is to introduce the foundational principles of jiu-jitsu including the concept of control and leverage. Classes will include warm ups, positional drilling, and instructions of fundamental techniques. Once basic knowledge is demonstrated, students may also participate in the rotational sparring upon the discretion of the instructor.

CK Adult Advanced
Designed for students at the blue belt level and above, this program allows students to practice their jiu-jitsu from every position by participating in positional, situational, and live sparring. Students may attend these classes only at the discretion of the instructor.

Code of Conduct
Be Respectful: Treat everyone—coaches, staff, and partners—with courtesy and respect.
Hygiene First: Apply hand and foot sanitizer before stepping onto the mat.
Clean Attire Only: Wear a clean, well-maintained uniform (gi) for every session.
No Food or Drink: Only plain water is permitted in the Mat Room.
Proper Footwear: Wear shoes or slippers off the mat; store them neatly beneath the benches.
Punctuality: If late, wait quietly off the mat until the instructor grants permission to join.
Minimize Talking: Keep conversation low during instruction to maintain focus.
No Coaching: Spectators must refrain from coaching students during class time.
Clear the Body: Remove all jewelry and piercings before training. Keep nails neatly trimmed.
Mat Etiquette: Bow toward the mat when stepping on and off the surface.
Stay Present: Keep cell phones and devices off the mat during training.
Ask Permission: Do not leave the mat or the room while class is in session without the instructor's permission.
Be Humble: Approach every session with humility toward your training partners.
